A water wheel distribution camp was held for rural women of karjat taluka where there is a water scarcity especially in months of Feb to June and women have to travel for 2-3 kms to fetch water by carrying pots. A water wheel aims at making head loading a history and givng the ease of pulling almost 40 ltrs of water at one go . The funding was partly through crowdfunding thru fueladream and the project implementation was assisted by Light of Life trust LOLT
